Service was good. Fish tacos which is what I had was good. Went to check out the resort, which seemed lovely. My hubby had a burger which he was to thrilled with.i would give it another try.

Since the early Nineties we stay at the cosy Manchebo Beach Hotel, for many reasons. A good reason is the Pega Pega bar, located between the swimming pool and the beach of the hotel. After shopping or swimming, we often take a break at the Pega Pega bar to have a tasteful fruit punch and a delicious tuna or chicken sandwich, perfectly grilled. The view on the beach and sea is awesome, especially during the sunsets. The crew is very nice but we are always looking forward to meet our favorite, Ignacio with his big smile and loud laughs. When the weather is not good, he can make your day with his friendly and funny presence! In the late afternoon it's happy hour, often with live music. But we prefer the early afternoon when it's not crowded, without noisy tourists. Highly recommended, this tropical paradise bar!

You don't go here for 'fine dining', but for a good gril and great bar, with great bartenders, there's nothing better. The set up (circular bar, with comfortable wooden armchairs, and bartenders at a lower level) is great. There are inevitably patrons who know each other and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The drinks are not 'stingy' and there is live music from 5-7PM each evening. Folks come here from the surrounding hotels and condos--they obviously enjoy the atmosphere.

The service is nice. We ordered soup of the day what suppose to be chicken noodles and when served we were informed it was turkey. The turkey however looked like old tofu and tasted terrible!
