We had been to Carte Blanche last year when it was still in the Windmill. We absolutely loved it so we booked it again for this year. It's a small restaurant that seats no more than 15 people. Chef Dennis prepares the food in front of you and Glen the sommelier entertains you. The meal takes about 4 hours, it is a 5 course meal and you are not rushed. You get to mingle with the other guests... It really is an intimate experience... It is a MUST for us every year!!
