A few years ago we were blown away by this restaurant and we were excited to go back. This time, it wasn't so wonderful. My husband got the escargot. It was very skimpy in portion size compared to the last time he had it there.

I ordered the vegetarian dish. It sounded like it would be a pot pie but it was a salad on a pastry.

We will give it another shot because it was so great the last time, maybe we caught a bad night.

One of the only places we visited that kept their red wine the perfect temperature. Excellent pinot noir wine special. Terrific service and yes, the steak was top notch along with the crab cake. My vegetarian polenta was okay but uniique.

Our first night in Aruba, we were walking around Nord looking for a quick bite to eat and decided upon Papillon. This was a surprisingly good start to our vacation, with delightful service and great food. My husband and I both had local fish, which were cooked to perfection with delectable sauces and a house risotto. The vegetable tart, goat cheese salad and frogs legs were also delicious. The unassuming restaurant was a great find for us self proclaimed foodies. In fact, we liked it so much, we returned on our last night for yet another great meal!

We have eaten here twice... Once last year and now this year! Both times we have ordered the filet, done exactly how we asked it to be prepared. We loved our filet! We ordered the chocolate lava cake for dessert! It was delicious! Our server wasn't very attentive but the girl who came to fill out water was excellent! We will definitely be returning next year!
