Me and my wife have been to Aruba several times. This year we decided to stay at Playa Linda which was the best decision ever! The rooms were nice and clean we loved the view on our balcony and the staff was kind and honest. We felt like experiencing more of Aruba so we consulted the hotel Concierge to give us some advise. (another great decision!!) Tip for other travelers let a local advise you what to do instead of reading the standard brochures. We had dinner at Great reastaurants, took kite surfing lessons, went deepsea fishing and celebrated Aruban Carnival which was amazing!!! We first came to visit Aruba in 1998. While staying at the Hyatt on Palm Beach we saw this attractive property. When we approached owners and vacationers of Playa Linda...it was clear this was a true friendly family and friends resort. We bought our first week of timeshare and today we have 5 weeks at our winter home! A true vacation with an incredible staff...oh, best of all...we got married on the beach at Playa Linda!

Love Aruba no matter where I stay. This is a timeshare resort. Majority of these reviews are probably from members who own timeshares. I have rented and here's an honest review. For you to get a chickee you literally have to be out there around 3 in the morning no matter what month you go. I have been there Jan, may, June, Sep, Nov and Dec and its always like that. There's absolutely nothing to do at night in the resort but that's because everyone is sleeping to get up at a crack of dawn. Concierge is bearly ever there. You don't get the type of service that you normally get from a non-timeshare resort and the owners of the timeshare can be very catty at times as if you're in there house.
