Our stay at the Oceania was fantastic! Rachel and Raquel went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed the best vacation in Aruba! The studio condo is perfect for couples and the pool/location on the beach allow you to enjoy both within minutes. The condo was very clean and included all of the supplies that you would need for a relaxing beach vacation i.e. beach chairs, towels, coolers. Rachel assisted us in the rental of a car, as well as dinner reservations with transportation arrangements for several nights during our stay. We also provided a list of groceries before our arrival and found all of those groceries in our refrigerator! We highly recommend Oceania Condos and Prestige Realty if you want to vacation in Eagle Beach. Thanks for an extremely relaxing vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Aruba and our stay at the Oceania Resort. Rachel and Raquel at Prestige Realty took great care of us and the travel details. They arranged our ride from the airport and our rental car details. The condo we stayed in (BC255) was a perfect place for a family of 4. The bedrooms were quite large and it came equipped with lots of amenities including floats and beach chairs. We enjoyed the gorgeous ocean views and magnificent sunsets from the balcony. The white sands of Eagle Beach are directly across the street. The beach was not crowded a bit and we were able to totally relaxed and enjoy our time. The Oceania also has 4 pools for those who like swimming pools as well. We have traveled a good bit and have to say this condo was one of the cleanest and well-appointed we have stayed in.

Thank you for your great review. We are glad to hear that Rachel and Raquel took good care of you both. It is nice to hear you enjoyed the gorgeous view form your condo balcony. Furthermore it is great to hear Oceania and Prestige are doing a great job keeping the complex clean. Greetings from the White-sandy beaches of Aruba. Hope you brought lots of beautiful memories with you back home and we hope to see you soon back on the "One happy Island of Aruba".

We booked and paid in advance for a week (7 days & 7 nights) in 2012. Our flight into Miami was delayed and we missed our connecting flight to Aruba, so we arrived a day late. Then our return flight to Miami was cancelled, meaning we needed to stay in Aruba another night. My family and I asked if we could stay in the unit for the additional night, since we had already paid for it. Essentially, instead of staying Monday to Monday, we would be staying Tuesday to Tuesday. Since we paid a weekly rate, this should not have been a problem. Prestige, the rental agent, refused, and demanded we pay for the "extra" night. They let us pay half price, but we still ended up paying for seven and a half nights, when we were only there for seven. We believe they took advantage of our situation, especially because we knew that the condo was empty for at least three more weeks (we checked availability on their website). In all other respects, the property was excellent: very well maintained unit and property, nice pools, perfect location on the beach, etc. However, I recommend thinking twice about booking with them for the reasons described above.

Thank you for your review and for the very high appreciation of the unit you stayed in, the pools, the location on the beach, etc. However, we regretfully note that you did not so much appreciate the 50% discount that we provided you on the extra night, but only expected a free night from us. For any booking with us, the dates for that unit are blocked and cannot be rented to others. Thus, if for reasons totally beyond our control (e.g. cancellation of your flight) you are unable to arrive in Aruba to use the first night, in accordance with your signed rental agreement that first night is forfeited without refund, as we could not have rented that first
night to any other guest. So if you thereafter need to extend your stay and again for reasons beyond our control (e.g. cancellation of your flight!) we believe it is not fair to demand for us to provide you with that extra night free of charge. Despite our strict contracts with property owners regarding the rental rates, we nonetheless managed to grant you a 50% discount (which we do not think can be considered as 'taking advantage'), but sincerely regret that you still feel that only free night from us would be the acceptable solution for you, to compensate for your inconveniences that were actually caused by a third party, namely your airline company. We feel that seeking compensation from your airline company for the inconveniences of cancelled flights on both ends of your stay, would be a better approach than demanding a free night from us.

The Prestige Team.

Everything was wonderful! Beach is beautiful! The condo was spotless and very roomy for 4 adults. Check in was simple. Raquel from Prestige Vacations was super nice and helped us with whatever we needed. Will definately be back and rent with her again! The people in Aruba are extremely nice and the food is great! There are a ton of restaurants to choose from and every one we ate at was spectacular! I recommend going to baby beach if you can it is amazing!

Thank you for your great review. It is always a satisfaction hearing form guests whom return to the island of Aruba. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed both stays at Oceania true Prestige. If you are looking for a tranquil place to stay Oceania does offer a relatively nice quit environment since it is located near the Low-rise hotels and right on the White-sandy Eagle Beach of Aruba. If you like to go to a more crowded place like Palm Beach it is only a 5 min drive by bus or taxi. Hope you had a great time in Aruba and we look forward for your fourth visit to the “One Happy Island” of Aruba!

This is our third time in Aruba and our second time at Oceania. Both stays have exceeded expectations. Our units have been clean, well maintained, and well appointed. The booking process is easy and checking in is a breeze. Everything we requested was fulfilled immediately. The pools are great -- 4 of them, one solely for kids but the others great for both kids and adults. The resort is very quiet and uncrowded, seating around the pools is always available. Eagle beach is a quick walk across the street -- a most amazing beach with white sand, clear water, and NO crowds (although you need to get there between 8 and 9 to have access to shade). We prefer this area over the crowded, touristy Palm Beach....however if you are looking for shops, food, drinks, and loud crowds during the day this are is not for you.

We highly recommend Oceania when you visit Aruba!!

Room Tip: We stayed in unit 311 which was great.

Review: We had everything we needed to relax and just enjoy Aruba. The condo was spotless and modern, we cooked a little, enjoyed coffee and the view on the balcony, indulged in the hot tub and lazed on the beach and by the pool. Arubians are wonderfully friendly and helpful. We toured the island in a rental car and were able to go everywhere with total freedom. Rachel Riley from Prestige Realty was warm, welcoming and gave us tips and advice. We were accommodated to check out late as we had a late flight. Much appreciated. We would come back again and definitely refer others.

My husband and I stayed at the Oceania from Feb. to March in a studio. We found the condo complex to be exactly what we were looking for. The landscaping crew kept the outdoor area in beautiful shape. Someone was out there working and cleaning everyday, with a minimum of noise. The pools were cleaned very morning and were welcome spots after spending the day at the beach.

Eagle Beach is right across a little road and is open to the public. Being peak season we expected more people at the complex and at the beach, but there was just an increase on the weekends. Otherwise it never felt crowded. Crossing the little road posed no problems for us.

There are no resort amenities here at Oceania. We walked to the new Super Foods grocery store about every 4-5 days. We walked up to the La Cabana and took a right on the road that led to the Tropicana and then crossed the main road to the market. We walked to the casinos(Alhambra, La Cabana and Tropicana). We walked to several restaurants (Chalet Suisse, Matthews, Pizza Bob's, Tulip). Our kitchen was adequate, but we wished that there were a few more pans of different sizes. The beds were fine. The unit we rented was on the ground floor with a patio with a table and chairs. The next time we rent here we probaby would rent on a higher floor to get a better view of the ocean. We felt very secure with the security personnel at the gate and with the security guards walking about later in the evening. We didn't use the exercise room as we did ours by walking, but we did see people using the machines and weights. I used the public restrooms and they were modern and super clean. And a word about cleaning..fantastic! They kept the room spotless each week they came in and the complex staff made sure walkways were swept and floors washed.

We did not rent a car for the month(hence all the walking!) but we did rent one for a day to explore the island and to go grocery shopping. We think it would be better next time we rent for such a long time to maybe rent a car for one day per week. We also used the public buses to get around. We used them to go downtown and to go to the high rise area..very reasonable..only $2.30 per person oneway.

We rented Unit 124-E in the Eagle building and were very happy there. But just a few things specific to this unit. Being on the ground floor was great to be able to go quickly to the beach and pool area without an elevator, but a better view would be had if on a higher floor. The Wi Fi connection was weak but adeqate. I only had a small saucepan and a very large frying pan for cooking. The lights in the bathroom kept blinking and were very distracting. We mentioned this to the cleaning girl and she told us she relayed the message, but nothing was done about it. It was very hard to put on makeup. But the unit looked exactly as it did in the pictures online so no surprises there.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Room Tip: Higher rooms would have a better view.
