Owner description: A great dive, not just because of the Debbie II wreck but because of ample brain coral and schools of barracuda patrolling the area.

Aruba has decent snorkeling but not the crystal clear waters of other Caribbean islands. Malmok is one of the clearest and it's easily accessible. Nice if you have a rental car. Good place to spend a couple of hours snorkelng along the reef and cliffs. There are some palapa spots, but generally taken by locals. Bring towels and rough it by placing them on the rocks. Safe area and easy to snorkel. Lots of fish and if you look close, you'll see eels and crabs along the walls and reefs.

We snorkeled this reef a couple of times during our weeks stay and each time was a different experience. Saw some of the biggest angel fish and parrot fish I have ever seen. Great Snorkeling!

we like snorkeling here and have noticed the corals are coming back! patience in the water rewards you with eels, squid, the usual reef fish and the occasional turtle.

The reef has a different view at thru the day, depending on the tide. The view can be quite spectacular in the afternoon.

At one point my wife and I were surrounded by schools of tropical fish small and large. One of the fish that was nearly touching me was a huge black Angel fish with yellow stripes. You will not be disappointed in this reef. It's a must in Aruba!
