Owner description: Known for ideal snorkeling and scuba diving, the water at this beach is so clear that even snorkelers can make out the 400-foot SS Antilla shipwreck from the surface.

This is the spot where all those snorkel boat trips take you to snorkel . If you rented a car, save your money and drive here. It is a small beach but you will see all the beauty of the sea that Aruba offers. Lots of coral and fish.

Exotic fish, nice people. Too many big tour boats near shore though. Bus service is not on set schedule waited 45 mins one day and about 30 the next day.

The title says it all, this is the best beach in Aruba if you love snorkeling. Angel fishes, squids, groupers, large shells ... everything in a few meters ot water.
The only negative point is that it can get quite crowded because of the commercial boats/cathamarans dropping large amount of people in the water

Walk in snorkel spot. A good variety of small fish. Gentle water with a very small beach. No facilities.

We spent a day on each of the snorkeling beaches but returned here for the last day of our vacation. Mangel Halto Beach was perhaps the most beautiful of the beaches and the snorkeling was okay. Baby Beach is very nice but more crowded, the snorkeling is in the roped off area to the left and there ARE alot of fish there-nothing in the way of coral though. Arashi is a nice beach, again the snorkeling as just okay and no coral. Malmok is a small beach and the sand is hard but if you swim two houses to the right you will find some very nice coral and many, many fish varieties. The locals tell me it used to be even better but too many people NOT being careful and stepping on the coral have killed much of it. So try this beach but please respect it and let it live for others to enjoy after you!
