“Lovely setting ”
Reviewed January 14, 2014 via mobile

Had our last meal in Aruba here- very romantic setting at sunset. Meal started with a slice of sushi from the chef for everyone. I also had a delicious Cesar salad and picked a Caribbean fish grilled with creamed spinach (not so great) and French fries (just ok). Portions a bit on the smaller side but it was fine.

“Amazing experience, fresh food”
Reviewed January 14, 2014

We were seated just in time to watch the sunset, at 6:15, their first tables of the night. We took some amazing pictures, and had some laughs because there were still some beach-goers about 10 feet from us enjoying the sunset as well. The beach-goers were a little bit drunk, so we got a kick out of that!
We ordered the crab salad for our appetizer which was delicious. My husband had the monk fish, blackened, and I ordered the Grouper, sauteed. His monk fish was delicious - our server had informed us it was a bit more spongy textured than most fish, but I'd say the best way to describe the texture (I had a bite) is closer to shellfish, like a scallop, than a fish-fish. My grouper was okay, I'd wished I had chosen a different preparation method - and I was jealous of his delicious Monk Fish. Beware if you get your fish blackened, the seasoning is a bit spicy.
This was the most romantic dinner we've ever had and a lovely way to spend the last night of our honeymoon. Unfortunately, I do not remember our server's name but he was a nice young man who knew quite a lot about the menu and how to recommend for us. We ordered a bottle of wine, and my husband's entree selection were based on his recommendations and we were very pleased with his advice.

“So glad we went. Will go back!”
Reviewed January 10, 2014

Good food, excellent service, fantastic view. Our server Daniel was the best, his recommendations were spot on from wine and appetizers through dessert. He was very personable, offering to take our picture on the beach at our table during sunset, keeping our wine and water glasses full without really being seen, and politely listening to and answering our questions about things that didn't pertain to the menu. The food was delicious, the right sized portions to still have room for dessert and coffee at the end of the evening. If you get a chance, try the coconut fried shrimp as an appetizer.

“Fresh seafood, memorable experience”
Reviewed January 10, 2014

We ate here on a rainy (for Aruba) evening in December. Our servers Juan and Maria were so incredibly kind and helpful. After making sure that we wouldn't get wet (seated beachside under a hut), they provided great dinner recommendations and friendly, personable service all night. The dinner presentation was simple, and the meal tasted exactly what good seafood should taste like - fresh and delicious without too much sauce, etc. that would mask the taste of the fish. As others have said, the experience of eating on the beach, facing the ocean, with the sand between our toes was definitely memorable. We'll have to come back on our next trip!
