If you spend hours in the cruise ship dining room , this is not the place for you. If you seek out the all-you-can-eat Chinese buffets, this is not the place for you. If you'd rather have a selection of several different dishes while enjoying a sangria and a great atmosphere, this is the place for you.
Tapas are snacks. Don't think "appetizer" in the traditional American "big is more", overflowing plate of nachos sense; a single tapas is not enough for a family of four to share, or for a single person to eat as a small meal. But each one adds to the experience and you can go ahead and order 7 or 8 for your table without breaking the bank (about $4.50 USD each) or your gut. Some are hot, some are cold, some are spicy. I visited this place twice during my weeklong stay and was very pleased both times. The food quality and service are both very good, the staff friendly. Sidewalk dining in Aruba doesn't get much better.
