“Horrible!”
Reviewed August 26, 2013 via mobile

Can't imagine why anyone with the slightest clue, would give this restaurant a good review. Firstly, to call any of these "appetizers" "tapas" is a crime. Teriyaki beef is not Tapas! Coconut shrimp is not Tapas! But more importantly they were horrible! This place was highly recommended and was the worst meal that we have had so far in Aruba. The "famous" was over seasoned and just OK. The sword fish was dry and tasteless. The staff was slow and inattentive. It wasn't that this was an off night, this place is just plain bad.

“Tapas in Aruba”
Reviewed August 26, 2013

The tapas was very good and we suggest you eat at an outdoor table. The selections on their menu were varied and served fast (for Aruba) and hot. The service was friendly and excellent. It's a short walk from many hotels, and great shopping - both budget-minded and higher brow. We were there for dinner only, but met a family who went almost every day for breakfast.

“Good breakfast”
Reviewed August 26, 2013

Nothing phenomenal but at about half of the cost of breakfast at the Westin, it was good value. My sunny side up eggs with sausage and two slices of toast were perfectly cooked and service was great.

“Cute restaurant, bad food”
Reviewed August 25, 2013

We stopped in here for breakfast one morning, and instantly wanted to love the restaurant. All the salt and pepper shakers were so cute! However, the food left much to be desired.

I ordered blueberry pancakes, which reminded me of a bad batch of pancakes I once made where I had too much oil in the pan and the cakes were all greasy. The blueberries inside tasted as if they were soaked in some sort of alcohol.

My husband ordered eggs with hash browns and a bagel. The eggs were fine, but the hash browns reminded me of what you get at McDonald's and bagel was straight from a Lender's freezer bag. Not what you expect at all.

Both my husband and I suffered from upset stomachs after eating here.

I'm giving the restaurant two stars - one for the cute atmosphere and another for the charming waitress, who was really fun.

“Good for a snack or light dinner.”
Reviewed August 24, 2013 via mobile

Was a good place for a light dinner because of the tapas menu. Food was tasty but I wouldn't say extraordinary. We had the salt and pepper salad, which my husband enjoyed, a small greek salad off the tapas menu, which was larger then I expected, fresh and tasty, and a few tapas. Overall satisfactory. Great idea for lunch too.
