“Decent Tapas at good prices”
Reviewed October 25, 2012

We wanted something light and this was in walking distance from our hotel. The seating is mainly outdoor The Tapas menu was pretty vast and also really well priced for the area. My favorite things were a spiced chicken skewer, it was so good we asked for a second order of it! We had a really attentive waitress that i think was Irish. She was probably one of the best waitresses we had while in aruba even better than many of the 4 and 5 star places we went.

“We love it!!!”

Great restaurant! we discovered this during our 1st day and returned on the last day. The food is great and the prices are very good....you can get a club sandwich with fries for $10 which I recommend. The service was also very very good!

“Not what we expected”
Reviewed October 23, 2012

Not sure how this place got into my shortlist, but we were thoroughly disappointed by the quality of food. I had grilled mahi mahi and my wife had a grilled fish/steak combo.
Service was good, but both dishes were very bland, very average. Not the prices. We ended up paying about $30 per person for something we didn't enjoy.
Wouldn't recommend, wouldn't go there again.

“Go for the Early Bird Special”
Reviewed October 22, 2012

My husband and I liked this place so much we ate there twice during our week's stay in Aruba. It is within walking distance of the Marriott Surf Club which is where we were staying. We had the Early Bird Special both times: $17.50 per person includes 3 tapas (chosen from a huge list of both hot and cold tapas) and a glass of Sangria. This is a real bargain since most of the tapas range between $5 and $7 per item and the sangria sells for $5.50 a glass. Seating is both inside and outside. Staff is very friendly and the service is good. The inside of the restaurant is decorated with unique salt and pepper shakers, hence the name. Hint - bring in a "original" set of shakers and you'll receive a free glass of sangria.

“Great casual place and wifi is a nice plus.”
Reviewed October 22, 2012

Has breakfast here and it was very good. There is an island wide tendency to huge portions and this place is no exception, but they do have options for normal people.
Would definitely return.
