I can't say enough about the food here - we've eaten here 3 times in the past couple of years and it is always amazing! We generally don't like hotel restaurants because, although good, they're usually a little bland and priced on the high side. Pago Pago does have some high prices but the amazing food warrants those prices. Chef Matt has so many great appetizers on the menu that it's always hard to choose just one. I highly recommend the ropa vieja of duck, the blue crab cake over an apple salad, or the shrimp cocktail. The filet mignon is always good but if you're a fish lover then you'll love the ahi tuna with soba noodles or the red snapper or the sea bass....everything on the menu is so good!
