My family and I went to Linda's for dinner one night. It was great that we didn't need to have reservations for this restaurant. It came with great reviews on Trip Advisor, and now I see why. These dutch pancakes are a family recipe from Linda, who recently passed away. The restaurant is now managed by her son, and it is an attraction that EVERYONE needs to try! The pancake is thinner than an American pancake, but not like a crepe. They had a wide range of toppings - some are on the pancake itself, such as gouda cheese, while others are cooked within, like ham, bacon, or apples. They have a variety of pancakes to order, or you can create your own! I had the Hawaiian pancake with gouda cheese, pineapple, and ham. The pancake was larger than a 11" plate and it definitely a meal! They serve all of the pancakes with powered sugar, Dutch Stroop (which is fantastic tasting - think the consistency of Agave nectar with the taste of syrup), or cinnamon. I found this to be one of the most filling and cheap meals on the island. They also have a wonderful cappuchino! I definitely plan on going back on my next trip to Aruba!
