“Good breakfast at a reasonable price”
Reviewed October 2, 2010

We ate breakfastat the Dutch Pancake House 3 times during our stay. My husband had their version of pancakes and I had crepes. The crepes weren't exactly what I expected but they were very good.

“I fell in love with poffertjes here!”
Reviewed September 3, 2010

I absolutely fell in love with poffertjes here. They are like silver dollar pancakes, except airy and light. At an affordable $4 for a small portion, this is also the perfect place to take kids.

My husband had the breakfast special, which consisted of scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, poffertjes and hashbrowns. For $10, it was simply delicious.

The second time we came here, I had their savory crepes. Again, outstanding and sooo good. I think I can live on Dutch food!

The waitstaff is also very attentive and nice.

The only downside about this place is that it is outdoor seating only, so one those hot, humid Aruba mornings, it may be hard to sit out here for breakfast.

They also offer schnitzels and other lunch/dinner type items on the menu, which we didn't get to try.

“Tour the kitchen”
Reviewed July 29, 2010

Great place and great experience of Dutch/European food. The waiter overheard our conversation about how they are made (we were traveling with friends of Dutch heritage) and he invited us back in to the kitchen to see how they are made.

“Great crepes & pofferties”
Reviewed July 11, 2010

We went to this restaurant 3 times in a week. The crepes are wonderful. The pofferties are like little pancake saucers. Prices are very resonable. Service was not real quick, but I was on vacation so no worries.
