The cab driver recommend this restaurant. I think they must have a deal with the cab drivers since so many people say they were told to go here. The food was good and the service was quick. Not a high end restaurant but the price was right for the amount of food you get. I got the grilled grouper and it was cooked nicely. Much of the food is fried. Good for a family or large group.

A simple piazza seafood cafe overflowing onto the parking lot. The quality of the fresh caught fish overshadows the setting of this roadside eatery. The added ambiance was made by some guests sliding tables together .....

We went to Red Fish because our hotel clerk recommended it and it was close by. What a good choice that was! We had heard about the Driftwood in Oranjastat and worried that we were not getting the best, but found out afterwards that both restaurants are owned and managed by the same person, with the same standards and similar menu, only Red Fish is more casual which suited us just fine since we weren't all dressed up that night. Prices lower at Red Fish too. The food was all very fresh and nicely prepared and served.

I was here last week with my family, and at first I wasn't amused about eating here but the place turned out great. Red Fish or Pisca Corra is located in the hotel area, and it's just a 5 minute cab ride to get there, The place is casual and has no a/c but either way you won't feel the heat since it's breezy and cozy.

Let's talk food! For appetizer I had funchi with cheese which is a local snack, and for my main course I had the grilled shrimp. The food was amazingly really good and plenty. Our server was really attentive (too bad I didn't ask him his name), and the prices don't break the bank. If you're into fish you might want to try the 'mochi', and even though they don't have desserts listed on the menu it doesn't mean that they don't have them. Overall great place to grab lunch if you just came from the beach, or just want to have a relaxed dinner with family and friends.

This was billed to us as a "locals place." We took a short taxi ride from an Eagle Beach hotel. The food was decent but not outstanding. I had fried shrimp and my wife had pan grilled snapper. Service was good.

Several taxi drivers and a bus driver mentioned this place. I think they may be paying off the drivers to push them to tourists. Not that they would be alone in this.

It was inexpensive and close but average,
