We were told about this place because it supposed to be like "Zeerovers" at Savaneta but a little bit more upscale. So we went over and yes, it was great! Nothing fancy, but just plain good fish, nice waiter, good value for money.

Had read about the restaurant and actually drove by it and had to make a U-turn. Well worth the effort.

Had the grilled fresh fish-Mahi mahi, which was served with plantains, rice, fries, plantains and cole slaw. There is a bottle of spicy papaya flavored hot sauce but it is not for the meek. I like spicy and loved this condiment. Fish was delish!

Waiter was very attentive, friendly and joking all the time.

Two of these platters and a couple of beers for lunch was only about $45. Best deal so far in Aruba.
Will likely return for the grouper or shrimp next time.

Al fresco ... Nice. Three orders of grilled Mahi Mahi and one grilled shrimp. Two orders of Fish Soup. Soup was tasty w/ nice chunks of fish along with veggies. Others liked the taste of the grilled fish, mine was tasty, but a little dry. All served w/ cole slaw, fries and steamed rice. Generous portions, very reasonable pricing (for Aruba dinners). Service ... Waitress must have been new .. Had difficulty explaining their own menu. Finally another server finished the serving. Wanted to try something different this year ... will probably try something different next year . With so many restaurants to choose from on the island ..... Good, but not unique. Just one person's opinion.

A hidden local Gem. Every cab driver told me they eat at redfish. This restaurant is spectacular!! the service was wonderful, friendly staff and the absolutely the best seafood I ate in Aruba. Not pricey at all, wonderful meal. This restaurant is now a benchmark for my Aruba vacations to come.
