“Christmas on Aruba”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 6, 2013

If you are lucky enough to be on Aruba during Christmas you should not miss visiting Lourdes Grotto. It's in San Nicholas, about 45 minutes from the hi rise hotel area. It's a natural limestone formation covered with thousands of lights and a few scenic walkways. There is a small display inside the "cave". It's a very interesting place for kids and adults, no charges, limited parking and is maintained solely by volunteers. There is a small snack bar on property.

“Worthwhile attraction ”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 28, 2013 via mobile

An outdoor Church cut into natural limestone caves is very unique and worth seeing. There is another one across the street. Would like to see lit up at night.

“Pleasantly surprised”

Not a lot to this grotto. Quite simply and small but well maintained and you can't beat the price (free).

“Really interesting!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2013

I have never heard of Lourdes' Grotto until this year. We kind of stumbled upon it, and it was really cool. I'd love to know more information about it.

“Worth seeing!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 26, 2013

We visit yearly to the site. It is very humbling. There are two sides to see and people go often. It is located on the south of the island so it is a little tough to get to.
