What a great find! You will feel right at home in this quaint and well appointed Boutique B&B. The pool and rear garden/patios make you want to relax and take a dip. Each area in the pool/garden is very private and lush. The rooms are well appointed and extremely clean with local art. The owner was so friendly and accommodating ...made sure you felt right at home. Gated parking area if you have a rental car ...lots of space to relax, read, open a bottle of wine etc...very good wireless connection too !
This is in a residential area with a close easy ride to downtown, all at a reasonable price.
Tip: if you are driving there call ahead or print directions....Aruba has very little posted street signs gets confusing.

We stayed for four nights and found the hotel to be very relaxing. The yard / pool area is great. The (superior) room was large and very clean. We had our own table outside in the yard where we were served breakfast for a couple of morning. Gaston picked us up at the airport on our arrival. It is a bit of a walk to downtown, but it keeps a pound or two off.

The Wonders hotel is a short drive away from the busy downtown tourist area in a very quiet residential neighborhood. The rooms are large and clean and comfortable. It comes with all the amenities, a nice pool in the yard, free wi-fi and breakfast (not included in hotel price). Staff was very friendly. Perfect place for a two people romantic stay on a budget.

Small drawback is the hotel requires a "private check-in," meaning the staff is not always there and you need to make arrangements before your arrival so they can wait for you there. Otherwise, you won't be able to get into the hotel. Another issue is since it's in a very quiet area, you need to ask the hotel staff to call you a taxi if you need one. You won't be able to walk out and find a taxi on the street.

My wife and I made a one night stay, Jan 4th, at Wonders. It was a $28 cab ride from the airport. The hotel is clean and comfortable with a great little lobby, pool, and patio surrounded by lush gardens. We had one of the cheaper rooms, $151/night. It was very large and came with full bath, satellite TV, fridge, and coffee maker. Breakfast was $9-12 extra. Wonders has a great location, just a 10 minute walk to downtown and the cruise terminal.

Gaston was very helpful with local info and an excellent host.

We had been to Aruba before and love it each and very time. This time we wanted to stay somewhere off the beaten path. That's when we discovered Wonders. The moment we stepped foot onto the property we knew we had made the right decision. Absolutely everything was just perfect. It's truly like being inside of paradise. The landscape just makes you feel like you are truly in your own private resort. It is a 10 minute walk downtown and although the neighborhood looked a little sketchy we never felt threatened at any point and we even walked back after hours one night. The staff was exceptional and always willing to lend a helping hand or answer any questions that we had. The young lady that works there gave us a ride to the beach everyday and provided very useful tips. Public transportation is believe it or not very user friendly as the island is only so big and there are but so many places you can go. We will be staying there again and recommend Wonders to anyone who doesn't want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the beachfront properties or resort style places. Yes they are convenient but Wonders is truly just as it's name implies simply wonderful...

Room tip: We stayed in room 8 it was a beautiful room and spacious. There is also a room on the 2nd floor with a private balcony. There is also a room just behind the office with a private patio as well.
