This was our third time to visit Delimar and twice in the same trip. Delimar gets their seafood for their menu THAT day off the local pier. The last time we were there my wife and I both ordered the "fresh fish of the day" which happened to be Wahoo. I wish I could have this EVERY day..it was cooked perfectly, seasoned lightly and served with fresh vegetables and cooked Yucca which we love. Marco is the owner and every time we have been there, Marco has been there to wait on us and I think sometimes he even cooks in the kitchen. This is definitely more of a local restaurant...its KIND of hard to find, but you can always find Yemanga (spelling?) wood fired grill which advertises a lot and is right next door. We will absolutely be back to Delimar...I have to try the goat stew!!..but the fresh fish has been so good I cant pass it up.
