“Unique, but.....”
Reviewed April 13, 2013

The atmoshpere was lovely. We were there for sunset and it was just wonderful. The food selection was good, but our order of chicken was so overcooked it was like rubber. We sent it back and the next order was much better. I am never a fan of a charge for extra bread, even if it is tasty. This location is a drive from Palm Beach area. Would only recommend if you have a rental car. The biggest issue was the unbelievable amount of mosquitos. Everone in our group was being devoured. We requested bug spray which they provided. It was unbearable and we rushed to eat our meals - leaving with numerous welts from the numerous bites.

“Our Favorite on the Island”
Reviewed April 12, 2013

Once again, Mirandi did not dissappoint us. It is our favorite on Aruba. Loes was our waitress from Holland and she did a great job. Alexander usually waits on us but he was off this night. I heard he was leaving and I hope that is not true. Suzanne, the manager was there also. The food here is wonderful. We all got something different and loved it all. I got the Cornish Hen and Risoto which was exceptional. We will be back next trip.

“Great hidden treasure”
Reviewed April 8, 2013

This restaurant was recommended to us by a frequent Aruba traveler. It is a little hard to find behind the airport but the signage is very helpful. We had 6:00 reservations which was perfect to watch the sun set right before 7. The service is great and the food is delicious. They have a catch of the day that is prepared three different ways. We had wahoo, a local fish. Three of us ordered it prepared the three different ways. We all liked the way it was prepared. The drinks and desserts are also very good. The experience was well worth it.

“Fantastic but we will miss Alexander”
Reviewed April 1, 2013

We have been to Aruba every year for 6 years now and have eaten at Mirandi for the last 4. We have had great meals each time and the service provided by Alexander has been outstanding. This year after 5 days of fish my wife and I wanted something different so we had the Cornish Hen accompanied with mushroom risotto. It was delicious!!! The hen was cooked perfectly and the risotto was to die for. We always finish our trip with an evening at Mirandi and they never let us down. It is definitely worth the trip out there.

One sad note. We learned that Alexander will be leaving Mirandi after 10 years with them. We wish him well in his new endeavor but we will miss him. He was the consummate professional and he always made us feel like our business mattered even if we only came once a year. Good luck Alexander!!
