Description: Newly located in the Renaissance Marketplace downtown, Cuba's Cookin' has moved with the times just as when Fidel began his march on Havana in 1959. This is what Havana would have looked & felt like.... and when the live music starts up nightly....this is exactly what you would have heard & seen back then. A moment in history brought out in Cuba's food, mojitos, art, culture and dance. A real authentic dinning experience you will take home forever from your trip to Aruba.

“Art and Flavor!”
Reviewed October 2, 2012

A fun little place off the major tourist track for some real authentic mojitos and carne ropas. Some night's the live music transports you to a simpler time, an old man and the sea feel set amongst vibrantly colored art works. Even if you miss the music however, it's a great little find for dinner. I like to sit at the faux grass roof thatched little bar and pester the barkeep for stories about growing up in Cuba and why her family left. I suppose the less persistent might enjoy just sitting there and ordering any of the pork entrees, rice, beans and a few bites of plantains. Viva Cuba!

“Not Cuba's Cooking”
Reviewed October 1, 2012

Stayed inside as we went for the music, but found it very noisy. Ordered a dish that we had in Cuba and loved it , but the meat here was too tough. Will not go back.

the restaurant was amazing, the food was great. It's a place you must visit for a good time. I loved the live music and the mojito were out of this world. I loved the art work .

“Love it!!”
Reviewed September 22, 2012

This restaurant has amazing food and an awesome staff. My fiance went back twice to this restaurant at how good the food is. I am Cuban and completely approve of this place. In the evenings they have a band that plays classical love songs as well as Salsa. I would hands down guarantee this place to anyone who goes to Aruba.

“Very good”
Reviewed September 16, 2012 via mobile

Hadn't been here since they moved to their new location. It was still as wonderful as we remembered. Staff was attentive and food was very good. If you enjoy authentic Cuban food include this on your dining list.
