Description: Enjoy the best cuisine in Aruba, cooked to perfection and artfully presented by our master chef, Matt Boland. "I think of my kitchen as an orchestra, where I am the conductor and my staff are the musicians. I guide and work alongside my musicians creating perfect harmony. The philosophy behind my menu is focused on freshness. The healthy aspect of our food comes from the ingredients we choose, which are fresh, local and nutritious. We then prepare these ingredients with unique spices and cooking techniques from all over the world. We present these dishes as a work of art to match Windows on Aruba’s beautiful surroundings. The pleasure of our cuisine is shown in the dining experience we provide; our guests leave feeling completely satisfied with all their senses stimulated." Matt Boland

“Excellent location for a great meal on the last night of a vacation.”
Reviewed August 17, 2014

On Friday Aug-15-2014 we went to Windows for our last evening meal in Aruba before returning home on the 16h. Very nice location, beautiful view of the ocean, the lovely and well groomed golf course, and the 360 degree panoramic exposure . The Jazz music added to the elegant ambiance and classiness of the restaurant. We had the 3 course dinner at the discounted rate for all Divi Tamarinj guests . We had the Scallops & Crab and Ravioli & Truffle as appetizers, both were very good. For the entrees, we both had the Tenderloin, which, was not only excellent, but one of the best medium-rare steaks that we had ever eaten. The Wine list while being comprehensive offers the diner an extreme range in prices from around $45.00 to $900.00 per bottle of wine . I elected to have a glass of the wine as suggested by the menu, and had a Cognac with dessert , We had baked Alaska and Carrot cheese cake . All in all a very nice time I would highly recommend it .

“Not My Cup of Tea”
Reviewed August 16, 2014

We had heard good things about the Sunday brunch and decided to give it a try. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere along with a nice view and they had live music that added to the ambiance. I found it a little odd to be at a brunch that was not a buffet--getting to see what was available and try small bites of things to see what I liked. Instead you order one plate at a time. The lag time between plate 1 and 2 was too long, but improved after that. I found that the menu was quite small given the price of the brunch, and the plates served were for the most part really small. I was only interested in a few of the items offered so I ended up eating 2 salads and 2 plates of mushroom raviolis, which doubled were adequate portions and were very good. Mimosas are included and are quite tasty. Think we'll either go back to Aquarius next time or perhaps try some place else.

“Wonderful 5th birthday celebration dinner”
Reviewed August 16, 2014

Staying at the Tamarijn and booked at the Windows on Aruba for a special dinner for my son's 5th birthday. The restaurant offers a special price for guests of the Tamarijn and the Divi for a three course meal. We were able to walk to the restaurant, which is above the pro shop at the Divi Villages. The ambience was very pleasant with a lovely view out the wall of windows. Table settings and decor was very fancy. Service was exceptional. The kids menu was more than adequate. I had cauliflower soup and lobster...both were very good. Desserts were surprisingly delicious as well. The waitress brought out a dessert with a candle and "Happy Birthday" written on the plate in sauce that we were not charged for. Overall, all eight of us thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the food and would definitely return next time on the island.

“Really Overrated”
Reviewed August 13, 2014

Don't get vegetarian food here! My husband got the duck, which was done quite well, but I got the vegetarian dish which was bland, boring and the dish served was not as advertised (soggy frozen veggies and no dried tomatoes). I sent it back and got the balsamic chicken. This was acceptable, though the meat was terribly dry. Very overpriced restaurant, I would not recommend.

“Fabulous Location for Last Night Holiday Supper”
Reviewed August 13, 2014 via mobile

I have just literally returned from Aruba and had supper here for my last night. It was beautiful, I had a table for 1900hrs and so also had the beautiful sunset. My meal consisted of scallops and crab claws, followed by chateaubriand and rounded off with cheese - a selection of 7 I hasten to add. The food is just excellent and the rest of my party also had fabulous food. Truly worth every penny and if I'd realised I would have gone prior to my last night. So yes go and enjoy x
