Description: Enjoy the best cuisine in Aruba, cooked to perfection and artfully presented by our master chef, Matt Boland. "I think of my kitchen as an orchestra, where I am the conductor and my staff are the musicians. I guide and work alongside my musicians creating perfect harmony. The philosophy behind my menu is focused on freshness. The healthy aspect of our food comes from the ingredients we choose, which are fresh, local and nutritious. We then prepare these ingredients with unique spices and cooking techniques from all over the world. We present these dishes as a work of art to match Windows on Aruba’s beautiful surroundings. The pleasure of our cuisine is shown in the dining experience we provide; our guests leave feeling completely satisfied with all their senses stimulated." Matt Boland

“Best Meal We Had on the Island!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 6, 2013

Amazing is an understatement! Most romantic dinner we've probably ever had too!

We stayed at the Tamarijn and although it was an all-inclusive hotel we decided that we would do a few dinners off-resort including El Gaucho, Tango, Flying Fishbone and lastly (but not least) Windows.

Because we were guests at the Tam which is associated with the Divi and Divi Links (where Windows is located) they offered us a special. $35pp for a choice of appetizer (1), an entree (there was an extra fee if you selected the lobster), and a dessert (I believe it was 1 a piece, but could be wrong). Drinks are not included in this price.

Here is what we went with and we recommend:

Appetizer - Shrimp Crostini and a Caesar Salad (still dreaming about both of these - they even put bacon in the Caesar Salad - so amazing)
Entrees - Grouper and Tempura Shrimp for him, Tenderloin of Port for me
Dessert - we were so full, that we didn't get one - although everything on the menu looked (and I'm sure would have been) delicious. My husband did get a Caribbean Coffee in lieu of a dessert, dessert.

Because we didn't do a formal dessert, they took the extra appetizer charge off and applied it there. They also didn't charge us for the coffee. We also had a bottle of wine (337 cab). We quickly did the math when the check came and we saved ourselves roughly $30 by doing the Divi/Tam dinner package.

This will be the first restaurant I make reservations for when go back (hopefully next year).

Service was a bit on the slow side (about 5 minutes for the host to sit us since he wasn't at the podium and about 10 minutes for our waitress to greet us) but the view of the golf course/ocean/sunset made all of that ok!

GO, GO, GO!!

“1st Visit of 2013”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 28, 2013

The wife and I make it a pont to stop here during our annual viit to Aruba. We were not disappointed with this visit. My wife enjoyed grouper and I enjoyed the tenderloin. We each had a desert and enjoyed them greatly.
The service, ambience, and view are always superb

“Windows on Aruba--Romantic Fine Dining”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 26, 2013

Situated with large northern-facing windows overlooking the Divi Links Golf Course, Windows o Aruba is a great setting for a romantic dinner. The menu is varied, the food diverse and creative, and the white tablecloth service perfect. We have dine there three times, and each time have been pleased. A nice evening and a nice view--even beyond sunset.

“Fabulous Brunch!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 25, 2013

Our timeshare is located in the Divi Village so we often dine at Windows. This time however, we decided to give brunch a try. We were so pleased! The ala carte menu allows you to order different items at your own pace and the portions are small enough that you can try lots of different dishes. The staff is attentive and your champagne glass is never empty. If your looking for something different on Sunday, give Windows brunch a try.

“Good rainy day option”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 25, 2013

This is an elegant room, overlooking a golf course, with ambience that is not in keeping with guests that are wearing shorts. The food and service were quite good and hostess, Sonja, quite charming. However, on the night we were there, the room was "freezing" and we were told that the thermostat was broken. The whole package would be perfect in the States but it isn't remotely Aruba. Thus it is best for a rainy night when outside dining is not possible.
