It was our first night in Aruba - our first night on our honeymoon. The atmosphere was breathtaking! The restaurant is on a dock off-shore. We were there right after New Year's so there were pretty lights up which made the water a beautiful color. The food was amazing and the dessert was unbelievable!!! You MUST get the peanut butter dessert - I'm drooling now just thinking about it!

Thank Liz O

Despite staying out in Palm beach area, we decided to go to Pinchos Grill, since we found ourselves downtown in the early evening. We called and they said they could seat us at our desired time. The setting is really beautiful being built up on the water about 75 ft. from the shore. We were seated at a corner table with the water on two sides, and it was just a perfect setting. Our waiter Raul was so very friendly and professional and truly enhanced the food and the setting. The food was very good and all four of us enjoyed our meals and appetizers. The Tuna Tataki (tartare) was very fresh and tasty, and I could have eaten it all night, but it was just a starter. The Conch fritter was very tasty as well. Our four meals ranged from the boursin cheese filled pork loin to the seafood brochette, with the others ordering the pan sauteed grouper and the blackened Mahi-Mahi. They were all served with a tasty rice and some mixed vegetables.
All were very good and the portions were large enough that none of us felt we could order a desert.
Annabelle, the owner came over and introduced herself and to see how we were enjoying our meal and was most gracious.
The flickering lights of the departing cruise ship just added a little more charm to our evening. I would go back in a flash on another visit to Aruba.

We have been coming to Pinchos for 8 years. Annabella does a great job with ambience, food and service. A must visit every year.

Everything here was lovely. My friend had her wedding reception here and it was wonderful because we got there at sunset. The pier was lovely and the water was beautiful. The food was surprisingly delicious. Everything is cooked in the open kitchen so you can see it all. It was really very delicious. The service was fast as well.
