Another stop with our Pelican safari tour. We parked the SUV and walked on the beach, over the rocks and climbed our way to the pillars. A bit of a slippery adventure bug totally worth it. The views were amazing and we got a view not everyone gets!

This is a unique rock formation near the opening to Nelson's dockyard. It is a dive site, but since other divers had visited earlier in the week, we didn't dive here.

This is a beautiful natural wonder. The Atlantic side of the ocean can be choppy to get here, but I hear you can hike from Nelson's dockyard to see the view as well.

This area is beautiful. A real treat for those who appreciate geology and contrast in the land. Plus the snorkelling is great, just be sure to stay away from the rocks because the waves will push you against them if you get close enough. Quite a rewarding experience for me. I still need to explore the land area a little more though. I am looking forward to the next trip.

very clear water with rocky cliffs to see fishes when snorkeling. but at 30f deep or so, not the best snorkeling experience. still okay I guess. lot of current so must be comfortable in the water to snorkel around, watch for the rocks on the shores!
