“Lovely evening”

This is a lovely setting for a restaurant, quite expensive but very enjoyable all perfectly cooked by French chefs and nice choice of wine, worth a visit.

“New location still fantastic”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 24, 2014

Super food, great staff. Happy times. We love this place. They have a new location now around the other bay from English harbour. Great to see they haven't lost any of the fantastic atmosphere.

“Go There”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 24, 2014

We were taken to this restaurant by friends and we all had a lovely meal, most only starters but more than enough for lunchtime. It's on a very nice beach, a great setting for the day if you wanted to make a whole day of it. Otherwise do what we did and catch a ferry in the afternoon from English Harbour over to Galleon Beach and find the path up to Shirley Heights, which avoids the entrance fee. You then enjoy an evening of fun with a fantastic steel band then a great Reggie band and jig the night away and if your lucky watch the sun go down, incredible!

“The best restaurant in Antigua”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 22, 2014 via mobile

High prices well justified by excellent food in charming new beach location at Pigeon Point...beware that sat navs direct to former location still. Service professional and charming. Professional cooking of a standard rarely encountered in Antigua. At present only opening one night a week for dinner but it's the best on the island so do go. We shall certainly go back.

“Undoubtably the best restaurant in English Harbour / Falmouth”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 19, 2014 via mobile

The old Catherine's Cafe was always good, especially after Guilleme and Claudine took over; however, Catherine's Cafe Plage is absolutely beautiful! The food is the same excellent quality as before, as are the prices, (which is always good!), and the setting is superb. Both these factors compliment each other and undoubtably make it Antigua's first "up market" beach restaurant, akin to Pampalone Beach, St Tropez or St Barths. You don't just go there for lunch, you go for the afternoon experience!
