I was hesitant about doing any excursions while on my honeymoon, but my husband talked me into the EXCELLENCE, and let me tell you, I was SO glad we did! We had such a fun time. The wind blowing in your hair, the breath taking views of the island, the fun and courteous staff. My husband LOVED the lunch they offered...he talked about it for days. The salad was delicious! The drinks were yummy, and we were greatly entertained with the music and the dancing staff. It appeared that everyone on the boat had a wonderful time on this adventure. Highly recommended for the experience. The snorkeling isn't really snorkeling, so if that's what you are looking for, this trip isn't for you.

We took the power 360 tour offered by Excellence Tropical Adventures and found it to be a huge disappointment.

The Excellence Tropical Adventure brochure promised a cruise along the coastline with rolling hills and picturesque spots. We cruised so far off coastline at top speed that I needed telephoto lenses just to see the shoreline and high speed film to obtain clear photos.

Our tour guide talked as we cruised past picturesque spots, but the PA system was such low quality you could not understand what he was saying. If you decided to set outside the cabin you could hear him at all as there is no speakers outside the main cabin area.

The secluded Green Island snorkeling adventure was terrible. The beach was filled with other cruise line patrons and we had no space to relax on the so call secluded beach. The snorkeling was far but we found better snorkeling spots offered by our resort at no cost.

The meal was okay if you like chicken legs with rice and no flavor pasta salad.

The staff was not very friendly and mostly focused on entertaining themselves. I would no recommend this cruise to anyone.

We booked this tour in their kiosk inside our hotel (Starfish Jolly beach resort), which was total convenience. They have different options to offer. But since we are doing this trip with our 18 month old, our choices were very limited, so this was the tour recommended to us.
The catamaran was huge enough to accommodate 100 people or even a little more.
The catamaran did 2 stops (from pick up pt-Jolly Harbour) to pick up more people before heading to the green island. I didn’t get to snorkel but my husband did. The snorkel is a guided tour and you are required to wear a floating device to go the snorkeling site, even if you have snorkeled before. He said they went to a reef and saw a lot fishes there. You can swim on the beach but just along the shore, since after 20 steps the beach is covered with seaweeds that are still attached to the bottom, though its deep and your feet won’t be able to touch it.
The lunch was wonderful, we had BBQ chicken, grilled chicken and fish, salad, pasta and rice, and unlimited drinks (alcoholic or non alcoholic) on board.
The personnel was amazing. They are such an entertainment. They played fun island music and had a conga line. We really had so much fun.
The catamaran sails around the island of Antigua and the tour guide is very knowledgable. With this tour, you can see the whole shoreline of Antigua. We saw the pillars of Hercules, resort where celebrities are staying, Eric Clapton’s mansion on top of a cliff, and more.
Just a little heads up, it gets a little bumpy along the Atlantic Ocean, which they warn you about. So if you get sea sick easily, take some anti vertigo meds before you take this trip.
This is a must go trip, you get to sail around Antigua in 5 hours.
Highly recommended!

WOW! we were at Galley Bay for our Honeymoon, bboked the Excellence to see the whole island from the water. The literally pulled the boat to shore dropped a gang plank and asked if we called the 'UBER' hah we cracked up.. the staff is great and friendly and will talk with you and tell you all about the island, even beyond the normal tour guide aspects. we stopped half way through for an amazing lunch they prepared for all guests. took us snorkeling and showed us things we though we would nto see on out trip. By far the best part of our trip. Do yourself a favor and go with them on a trip its totally worth it! Plus they helped Barbuda in hurricane relief and are all around great guys

My wife and I did the circumnavigation trip on board the Excellence. This is a fantastic trip and when we return to Antigua we will consider doing this again. We saw all all the beaches of the island, the yachts racing near English harbour, stopped at Green island for a snorkel and lunch. There were lots of fish as we snorkelled around the reef just off the beach, you could also see fish whilst standing on the beach. This trip was one of the highlights of our Antiguan holiday. The staff on this trip are brilliant, they look after you very well. The only thing that went wrong for us was that they ran out of meat during lunch, myself and my wife and another couple went without meat and just had to have some pasta and salad, one of the staff took our hotel details and said they would sort something for us through our hotel as an apology, nothing ever came of this which was even more disappointing.

This trip does get a bit choppy at times but it is fun when you are being sprayed with water as you splash and crash through the rolling waves on the Atlantic side. Enjoy the ride.
