Booked the jerk class. It ended up being just the two of us. What a delight. Nicole makes you feel so welcome into her kitchen. We started immediately cooking the food for our lunch. Jerk chicken, beans and rice, plantains with a delightful dipping sauce and coconut custard tart! Excellent and we took the recipes home. It was a great local experience . Connie and Nicole just make you feel at home. If you prefer the non traditional tourist experience this is the place to go

If you're looking for something to do outside of the usual tourist spots on Antigua then look no further!
My wife and I completed the cooking with rum course with Nicole whilst on honeymoon and it was great. We learnt plenty of recipes that we are desperate to try again at home: highly addictive plantain and coconut chips, delicious sweet potato soup with a rum float, rice and peas and an incredible rum cake (with enough left to feed our taxi driver, who seemed to love it!), plus more.
It is a hands on cooking course, with lots of tasting (have a small breakfast beforehand, if anything). Nicole is very knowledgeable about all things Caribbean and cooking with rum comes with a rum tasting with Nicole's husband Adam, which feels like you have been invited around to raid his impressive collection whilst he talks a bit about the history rum and the different variations (recommended if you're a bourbon drinker, as he's keen to convert you). There's also plenty of rum punch available if you want it, so ideally don't drive...
We were the only two on the course that day, and it felt like we were cooking and eating with friends at their house, in a very impressive setting on Nicole and Adam's terrace high above the Caribbean.
Overall a great time to spend an early afternoon, highly recommended.

Simon (and Jayne) -

Thank you for such a nice review! We did have a good time and felt a bit special that we had the opportunity to celebrate your honeymoon with the two of you. Please send photos when you try out the recipes and feel free to ask questions if you have any. Otherwise, we hope to see you again!

All the best,

Nicole (and Adam)

We had a wonderful experience at Nicole's Table. Nicole and her husband welcomed us warmly into their beautiful home and we helped prepare a delicious 3 course meal. Would highly recommend doing this when in Antigua for a cookery class with a difference. Nicole was patient and funny and explained the preparation process well. Connie was a wonderful help and cooked the most delicious plantain chips. We had great discussions and ate amazing food. What more could you ask for.

We stayed for one day during a Royal Caribbean cruise in Antigua and decided to book a caribbean cooking class at Nicholes table. This was one of our best decisions we made. The mansion of Nichole and Adam is amazing and worth a visit on its own. The hospitality is really great and we learned to cook many special dishes from the caribbean. If we can come back to Antigua in the future we will surely visit Nicholes Table again.

Wow! Thank you for the wonderful review! I know Germany is a long way from Antigua, but we do hope that we will see the two of you again. Please be sure to let us know if you try any of the recipes back home and please contact us if you have questions. We love hearing from those who attend our classes.

Agian, thank you and all the best,

Nicole (and Adam)

I booked my Dad & his lady friend 'both 80 years old next year' into Nicole's amazing cookery course yesterday.
They had the most fantastic time; the teaching, the quality, the environment, the food, the atmosphere, the views were all outstanding.....faultless & magical!
In fact they haven't stopped talking about it and are sharing their experience with everyone they meet. Already passed Nicole's details onto people by the pool at BOOM! When I collected them after the course I had the opportunity to try a little of what had been created by them and it was incredible! The quality of ingredients, presentation & taste literally scream at you. Cannot wait to book myself & my three teenage girls into this course at Xmas 2016. Nicole what a great find you are

Rochelle-

It helps that your Dad and "his lady friend" were both such wonderful and lively people. They were willing to try everything and helped prepare the meal mostly themselves. They were great! They seasoned the Mahi Mahi, helped make the mango salsa and the marinade, prepared the Grilled Shrimp with Avocado in Crispy Wonton Cups, and kept Adam in line. ;-)

Please do look us up when you come with your daughters. Besides the good fun we could have in the kitchen, it would be wonderful to meet them and see you again.

All the best,

Nicole (and Adam)
