My fiancee and I attended a cooking class with Nicole, Connie, and Adam in late April and had the best time! I was a bit worried that we weren't going to get to do the cooking class (because I came down with a stomach bug at the beginning of our trip), but Nicole was able to reschedule for another day AND recommend a good doctor. She was also accommodating when it came to my many food allergies, which I really appreciated. We did the "From the sea" menu and loved all of the courses, though the plantain chips were probably our favorite dish! Anyway, a Nicole's Table cooking class is a MUST while in Antigua!
