Definitely a pleasant surprise, the staff are lovely, even the HR personnel came out to welcome me and to ensure I would enjoy my visit…Blue Waters is truly a hidden gem and I loved every minute…lady by the bar at the lower pool was amazing, I had a headache and she seemed genuinely concerned, there was also another nice lady closer to the reception area pool, also sweet…will be back with my family!!

Only a 10 min taxi ride from the airport Blue Waters transports you to paradise. It was our first time in Antigua,my husbands 50th birthday treat,to see the England v Windies tour. Anderson and his amazing team of staff are able to give a perfect level of service and genuine care to suit all individual needs. The attention to detail incredible. All your staff are a credit to you.
The resort is stunning and peaceful. The gardens immaculate and abundant wildlife .There are water sports, a spa. Chilled lavender scented flannels & delicate bites of fruit brought to you on the beach, indeed you need never leave the resort if tranquility is your desire. We wanted to explore more of Antigua and they have comprehensive info and knowledge to help you with that too. We had the B&B option with afternoon tea & tried to eat local traditional food around Antigua but the food at Blue Waters is very good too. Breakfast had lots of local elements like plantains and fish, lovely fruits as well as the full English fare. It's no wonder most guests we met were repeat visitors,I hope to be one too.

We stayed for the second time in February this year having visited last year for a 'one off' special treat. We loved it so much we had to go back this year and it was better than ever. We were very warmly welcomed back and made to feel not just welcome but as though we were returning home. The Cove Suites are fabulous - beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and with just about everything you will need. The private infinity pools are fantastic and we spent many hours relaxing there overlooking the ocean with the odd interruption for a cocktail! The grounds are beautiful and so well-maintained by a team who are happy in their work. All the staff are warm and friendly with just the right amount of informality. We had one or two favourites and they know who they are! A great place for winter sun and total relaxation. Fully inclusive is brilliant as you don't need to worry about anything as everything is paid for. We will certainly visit again and highly recommend Blue Waters.

Room Tip: Cove Suites are fantastic and quieter as they are set away from the main resort areas.

We stayed on a stopover on the way to the BVI. Staff were very welcoming, the room was very comfortable, and dinner and breakfast were very good with a large range of choices. The hotel is quite near to the airport for stopovers, but far enough away to hear no noise other than the sea. We would stay again.

Room Tip: Seafront rooms are very spacious with a lovely balcony.

After visiting many times, I am continually impressed with the facilities, staff and rooms. This is a hidden gem in Antigua especially being 10 minutes from the airport. It is also one of the best values in the Caribbean especially the spacious and elegant Cove Suites.

The front desk and spa staff are excellent. All rooms face the ocean.

I also like the fresh fish in the restaurant as well as the afternoon tea.

The property primarily caters to a British and Canadian clientele. I always enjoy the low key elegance offered by Blue Waters.

We have just returned from the most wonderful 10 days spent at the Blue Waters in glorious surroundings, looked after by the kindest, friendly people that has ever been our pleasure to meet. Nothing was too much trouble, and whilst our surname is easy to remember, how good to receive a personal welcome every morning from Andy and all his staff. The choice of three restaurants was a bonus, we could dress up for a special dinner at the unique Cove Restaurant, enjoy an evening meal at the elegant Bartleys Restaurant, or thoroughly relax at the Palm Restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The gardens are a delight, so well tended. Our de-luxe beachfront room was spacious and positioned close by the beach and Veronica's poolside bar where we could join fellow guests for a drink at any time during daylight hours. If there was any downside, it is only that Paradise is so far from home in the U.K!

Room Tip: Room 201 was on the ground floor at the end of a block close by the beach which was very convenient...

We arrived to a lovely welcome and to our delight were upgraded to a cove suite. We were speechless when we arrived at our room, a private pool between the suites, beautiful views and unrivalled service. The staff could not have been more friendly, everyone had a smile, and the food and services were excellent. We stayed on a bed and breakfast and afternoon tea basis which was fine as it gave us a chance to explore the island by car, but the all inclusive option look amazing too.
We would certainly recommend it to anyone and would certainly visit again.
