Only really nice building on the island of an histroical significance, thank goodness they are restoring it. Sits impressively on a hill and you get enough of an idea from behind the hoardings at a distance.

“waiting for the restoration”
Reviewed December 16, 2012

The outside of the building is awesome. However, it has been undergoing restoration for awhile, so you can't get inside.

“Being restored but explore the grounds”
Reviewed December 5, 2012

The very helpful staff let us go inside this almost 300 year old church that is actually two churches, a wooden one inside the stone exterior. There are earthquakes here so the original church was destroyed in the early 1700s. It was rebuilt using Carolina mature pine and the exterior is stone.
