We visited Antigua, Nov 17-27, 2011, staying at the Sandals Resort we booked Antiuga Adventure through the Island Routes desk.
Chris, Natalie and JD provided not only an informative tour, but provided a delicious lunch consisting of BBQ chicken, green salad, pasta salad and fried sweet plantains along with water, tea and juice. Then before heading back we enjoyed rum punch (I had water) and delicously moist banana bread.
We did a variety of things like; hiking hell's gate (not for those with physical limiations, but you can stay with boat and snorkle while you wait or talk with the crew), then a hike up to one of the blow holes, a swim and a snorkle was next. A great way to see the island.
The tour was from approx. 10am-4pm, from our resort it was about 45 minutes to first stop but you stay within calm waters and they tell you about various spots along the way so you are not bored.
