Description: "Located in the Valley, the island's [Anguilla's] administrative center, this restaurant serves fresh fish and lobster quesadillas stuffed with garlicky vegetables and melted Gouda in a painted truck that resembles Scooby Doo's Mystery Machine. And it has the cheapest Heineken you'll find anywhere." Via New York Times Review

Excellent food! Lots of choices and all of them are terrific. Love the quesadillas and pasta, but salads good too.

“Great food for the money!”
Reviewed August 2, 2011

This cheap alternative to dining is a must for an easy take out lunch! Simple quesadillas filled with your choice of meat & veggies and incredible pasta topped with seafood, chicken or meat in a cream sauce. This lively painted food truck has very nice people, cold drinks and always a few locals lining up for lunch. (the truck arrives around 12-12:30) When your wallet needs a break don't overlook this little gem.

“Hungry's Food Truck Delivers Bang For Your Buck”
Reviewed July 14, 2011

Located in the island's city center, The Valley, Hungry's food truck offers good island food with no fuss. The goat stew is notable and locals seem to like the seafood pasta, which while the priciest item on the menu, is full of fresh lobster, scallops and shrimp. It can easily feed two for lunch with leftovers for another meal. Other menu items include bull foot soup and an array of meat and seafood quesadillas. Grab your food to go for a picnic on one of the many scenic beaches, or join the locals, order a heineken and eat there while catching up on the latest island politics. If you're tired of resort fare and pricey beach restaurants or just want something different, give Hungry's a try.

“Fantastic Cheap Eats in Anguilla”
Reviewed March 11, 2011

Hungry's is a yellow & Green food truck that rolls in at noon daily in Anguilla's town center (across from the Catholic church). Two friendly chefs serve one and all until 6pm with lots of smiles and true caring about their customers. This is as relaxed as you'll find on the planet.

The food consists of great quesadilas, good salads.... and soups that are close to nirvana. For US$5.00 you get steaming vegetable or conch soups. The latter is so full of large morsels of conch that it makes a full meal. However, the lobster soup is absolutely the best. I have no idea how Hungry's manages to put so much fresh lobster in a soup container and the entire taste is utterly fantastic. Have it a Red Stripe and you'll smile all afternoon.

Sorry for the superlatives, but Michelin would rate this food 3 Stars "worth the trip".
