Just returned from our 5-night stay. As planned, had great relaxing time, with nothing to do, just eat & sleep, since there is no snow yet to skii.

Since out of season and the hotel was almost empty, as a strong advice -it would have been a nice gesture to upgrade our room from the adjacent building (which took as walking through a connecting corridor and taking 2 lifts each time get to our room from the lobby) to the ones in the main building, which we had in fact asked for at booking - for marketing purposes, considering there are quite a few other newer hotels in the area.

Decoration of the newly room where everything was a bit squeezed in was cosy and tasteful, but the TV set should have been bigger, and offering more channels with better viewing quality. The minibar had just bottled water.

Bathroom was clean, newly renovated. On the other hand, bathtub discharge was not working efficiently.

The restaurant is worth mentioning, the quality & variety of food served was very good, despite being out of season. Note that almost everything served is garlicy.

Maybe it was not possible in the past, but now that smoking is strictly forbidden in common areas, there should be non-smoking rooms available at any hotel in Turkey, but sadly in Agaoglu there is not any available.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the main building looking at the new hotels area on the higher floors, with beauti...

We stayed there for 2 nights and it was wonderful in every aspect.

The rooms are not very large but really lovely and comfortable, and definetely clean. So is the bathroom. You feel that you are in good hands in every corner at the hotel.

The restaurant is large, clean and it's open buffet with large variety of food and it's delicious. Besides you are able to get food and snacks all day long & soup for late night.
24 hours of room service. The staff is very kind and concerned and the hotel is walking distance to the skiing lifts.

I'm a hard one to please and I don't believe there is any way that you will leave this hotel unhappy, unless you break your wrist while snowboarding, like me. :-)

Great hotel with wonderful service. Not many people speak English but you can still feel the hospitality through the smiles and help that were given.

Hotel is walking distance from the ski lifts and also has rental equipments for ski use. They also can accommodate lessons if needed.

The hotel has a small kids room for kids to play if they get tired of playing in the snow or if the weather is too cold. They also have a heated swimming pool with a great view of the surroundings.

Food was mediocre but enough so that you will not get hungry throughout your stay.

Overall, was a great hotel. Only problem we had was there was no kettle in the room, but managed to get hot water from the restaurant.

We just loved this hotel. We are are family of 2 adults and 4 young children aged 4,6,6 and 8 and stayed in a family room which was perfect for us, we all got a bed and it was configured in 2 rooms.
The lifts attached to the hotel are great, good for kids with chair lifts and also from beginners to advanced so plenty of slopes to choose from. We never paid for the kids ski passes even though I read you still must pay for children's passes. The hotel is all inclusive, and the meals were to die for, all smorgasboard and so much variety, different every day, and just beautiful food, we always ate too much!!! The staff were also amazing and the hotel is just lovely, we loved sitting in the lounge for drinks at 5 after a full day skiing in great armchairs with a drink (all free). We are heading back again this year, it is more expensive to ski in Turkey than Bulgaria where we also went, but it was such a no fuss holiday with kids and you never needed or wanted to leave the hotel (great pool too!!!). They also had live music on the weekends but we were always too tired by that time!!

That’s a great hotel with very nice lobby area, excellent food and staff. We really enjoyed our holiday there. At the end, we had a problem about hiring snowboarding equipments, but thanks to hotel manager the problem was solved. Even we were so angry in that moment, we left the hotel happy. I guess next year we’ll be there again.
