I loved the room, the food and the location! The staff is nice and friendly, special mention to Mehmet, Muhammet the waiters, Ahmet bey the chef and the bar tender at the lobby bar. We took the all inclusive package and the variety of food was good.
On the flip side they should have an open cafe with a view of the ski slope.
Today we came back from this wonderful and unforgettable trip. The service was the best, food and rooms too. I'm really glad for choosing this hotel. I totally recommend it to everybody. Thanks to all staff for being nice.
I give 3 stars because it was OK. There is a lot room to improve, but in Uludağ you won't find much better.
Possitive:
+ Food is very good.
+ Reception staff is kind and helpfull.
Negative:
- indoor noise isolation.
Hotel with no atmosphere, no management visible neither in lobby neither in outlet, poor level of employee professionalism, food lunch and dinner the same and extremely poor in taste and presentation
Try the coffee it's terrible

Seat in the lobby at 2300 pm they come and switch off the lights and tell you that the management want like this we ask for management and no one around
Many rooms are smoking on all floors no non smoking floor
Spa is under construction for many years.

Fresh and tasty food, proffessional and freindly management and srvice personnel. We had unforgettible winter holiday. Good for family trip. skii corse and to experince the fun of ametour skii student (one may be in your own family)
Only problem is the vibration noice from the night clup when you are tring to sleep. But it can be tolerable with the excellent service.
Definetly i will book again for a longer period.
Please change the pilows as theybare not so comfortable.
