We visited this restaurant with a groep of 12 , 6 adults and 6 children (4-11) . We went for the excellent pasta, meat and fish dishes (skip the pizza here would be my tip). Fresh ingredients, very well made and friendly service. Always ready to advise you. A must visit if you are in the neigbourhood. There is a small playground nearby which is nice for small children.

Thank Erik J

Our crowd was on the way to Vinci by car and by mid afternoon we were more than ready for a late lunch but had followed signs to restaurants that were closed until evening. Finally we hit on this place and were pleased that despite the rest of the lunch crowd having come and gone, they were happy to serve us.
The setting, at the top of the hills in the countryside is not a destination by any means. I suspect most of the non locals frequenting here come from the campground down the road as our waiter said seeing Canadians in the restaurant was rare.
In any event, each of us ordered a different pizza and all were pleased. I won't go into the frequent TA hyperbole and say it was the best ever or even necessarily the best of the many pizzas we ate on our recent trip, but all four of us seemed pretty pleased with their respective choices. The highlight ( apart from getting fed at all) was the non English speaking owner providing his complimentary home made Limoncello after the meal; when we expressed our gratitude and delight that was followed by tastes of three other home made liqueurs, including a delightful basil flavoured one (a couple of bottles of which we returned to Canada with). I suspect not everyone gets provided the same hospitality, but when you are the ones that get to experience it, you can't help but remember it. If you can find it, go there.

Very friendly and familiar atmosphere. The waiter was very informative and helpful. The food was great, in particular the seabass ravioli!
At the end we got to taste some complimentary liquors (basil, rocket salad and cherry) which were the icing on the cake.
We paid 40€ per person for 3 courses, water and wine included. if you have meat instead of fish, you can make it 30€.
Side note: our dog was also welcome!

I have eaten in this restaurant several times and I have to say all times I left thinking "I must come here more often" Its is incredibly good value for a really good fish cuisine. Every second Thursday is a specials dinner and so far my best Caciucco meal was here. Taster menu is great but watch out, portions are generous. Service is excellent and the owner and his wife are always present and very welcoming. The best part is when after you paid your bill they come with selection of home made liquors to the table, and you have your digestive on the house of your choice.
