Marzocco is the place to eat when in Montecatini or the surrounding area. We were lucky that on the night of our dinner the temperature was just right. We enjoyed an excellent meal while sitting outside; taking in the beautiful view.
As a starter I had homemade ravioli is a fresh tomato sauce, while my partner enjoyed a risotto with zucchini flowers.
Second was a "tagliate" (meat grilled to perfection) with fried porcini mushrooms to die for.
As for the wine - we left it up to the owner who is also a sommelier. She brought us two bottles over the course of the meal - that were perfect and each one was only 15 Euros!
Dessert was homemade semi-freddo (almost like an ice cream).
Service was not rushed - price is excellent for what you get. We'll be going back!
