Didn't discover this restaurant until near the end of our stay in Bali. What a shame, this place was probably one of the best restaraunts in the area. Situated next to The Tree and Luguna Gardens, you may miss seeing it as it doesn't light up as much as the others. A must to visit. Food exquisite.

Had two prawn cocktails, after our complimentary spring rolls, then a Fish dish with cheese on, and a chicken breast with vegetables. I thought the chicken was a litle dry, but I hadn't ordered any sauce, so maybe my faulyt.
Oncemy wife had finished her fish she announced that It was the best meal she had had so far,(two weeks in Bali),and that we would return.
Including a large Bintang and a mango Margherita, the bill was AUD$46.00.
It looks as though I am returning!

This was our most expensive dinner and yet the most disappointing. We ordered the seafood platter to share and everything was overcooked. There was really nothing to the crab - just a shell for display, the lobster was tiny and overcooked, a couple of prawns and some type of fish bits that were also dry and overcooked. The butter served for dipping was congealed and more of a spread (not sure how that would be possible in the heat with real butter) and not possible to dip your seafood into. Not once did anyone ask how our meal was. The only positive thing I can say about this restaurant was the fellow on the street was a lot of fun and great personality at enticing dinners in. If only the food lived up to the promises! You can definitely do much better (2Day Cafe a few doors away is much more enjoyable and better value).

My wife and I went to this restaurant about a year and a half ago, and were blown away we the service, the food and feel in love with the Friend Ice-cream for desert, It was a key reason for us returning to the area for this holiday.

This time when we went the service was good, but not great, the menu and price again good, not great, and the fried ice-cream MIA.

Some of the key menu items were still there with a mixed seafood dinner for two which includes a dance by the staff for about $AUS45-50, with a few new items on the menu as well.

At the end of the day, this is still a good restaurant in the area, but not the great one that is was previously.
