This bar is opposite the Bali Khama Hotel and we spent most of our evenings there. Food is freshly prepared for you and excellent value. Beer served in an ice bucket and cold towels to refresh you. You can also buy wine in a box and if you don't drink it all they will save it for you for next time. We spent New Year's Eve there with Putu and his family and all his staff and some australians, new zealander's, japanese and a couple of other english guests from our hotel and had a great night. I even contributed to some fireworks for their display.
Service here is excellent and very friendly. Spring rolls were 26,000 Rp (just over £1), Ayam Kales (chicken) 49,000 (£2.50) and homemade soup which is delicious. Small bintang beer £1.25. Almost every day I had 3 scoops of ice-cream at £1.25.
There is a salon at the rear of this bar which is run by Putu's wife - excellent massages, pedicures, manicures, facials, etc at ridiculously low prices compared to UK.
Look forward to going back for more in the near future.
