“Great food but poor service”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 24, 2014

We visited this restaurant during our trip to Bali. As always we were craving to eat Indian food after a couple of days of our stay. This restaurant is very close to Nusa Dua area and it wasn't very hard to find. The food was very good but definitely pricey. In terms of service - it was very slow and staff didn't ask us about water, napkins and never offered to serve any of the curries we ordered. In terms of service I would rate the place 2/5. We ended up spending more than 2 hours for lunch just because the service was painfully slow.

“Authentic indian food, apt price”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 21, 2014 via mobile

Bali has less veg food options, queens of india came to save us. Nice food options with fine pricing. However, better to get home delivery, the dining is very weak.
Impressed by food we went to dine on last day of trip, we also had champagne bottle with us, but the place was very crowded and no manager to attend and arrange dining for us.... Sadly we had to go somewhere else.

“Delicious Indian Food in Bali”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 18, 2014

We had lunch at this restaurant & it was better than the expectation. They were very close in offering the authentic indian flavour, which you don't get easily when travelling abroad. The service was quick & they had plenty of options to offer. They have 5 restaurants in Bali so 1 would be near to the place wherever you are staying. The food is really delicious & would recommend to all visitors to bali.

“Delicious food topped with great service”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 13, 2014

I asked the concierge at the hotel for the best Indian restaurant around town, he simple said "Queen's of India", and called them to make a reservation and within 10 mins a free shuttle service picked my wife and i up. When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff. The atmosphere at the restaurant was fantastic. They serve many kinds of food but I had the grilled prawns while my wife had the prawn curry, it was delicious and a must try. To top up the great time, you can try various desserts.
After supper the shuttle dropped us back at the hotel.

“Won't be returning”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 10, 2014 via mobile

After reading some very mixed reviews about this restaurant I can understand why customers were left disappointed. Service was not good at all and we had to ask after what seemed like at least 10 mins if we could order a drink and then when we were ready to order food we then had to ask again to be told 1 moment ill send someone else over. We had to order drinks twice before getting them. Starters were very good and although service wasn't great we still hoped that the food would make up for this..... My partner had ordered a hot curry, which had NO spice in it at all so little that even I was able to eat it. Main course was a let down, and I overheard an Indian family opposite complaining and sending their food back to which the manager brought out the chef who seemed to make excuses for their food.
