This is the worst resort I have been to. Food is bad. Service staff are polite. One key card cost usd50 if lost. This is absolutely ridiculous. Location is bad. I certainly do not recommend this resort to my friends who are going Bali. Restaurant has too many houseflies. Nocredit card facilities.

The hotel room is terribly small. The location is also very inconvenient. If you are traveling to Bali for the beaches then I wouldn't recommend staying here. The selection at breakfast is also quite minimal so don't expect to have a satisfying meal. There are many eateries on the street the hotel is located, go outside and you can find better offers. The service here is also just average. We took a taxi back to the hotel one night and got ripped off by the driver who asked us to pay 100,000 compared to the usual 70,000 we were used to paying for the same distance, the hotel receptionist not only didn't help us but accused us of not knowing how the taxi system works there. There are many hotels in the area and for the price this hotel is charging I would recommend you find another one.

this hotel is excellent i have stayed there 3 times this year the staff are excellent the hotel rooms are clean the pool area and the gardens are beautiful i got married at this hotel on the 29th of august 2009 our wedding was beautiful the manager and staff at the hotel did a excellent job with our wedding decorations it was beautiful our day was perfect the food we ordered was also excellent we had a buffet with western food and indonesian food it was all excellent i would recommend this hotel i will be returning back there in early october with my husband
