The staff is top notch. Very Good English! The bar is open all night which is great! The restaurant has great food. There are taxis always available to take you to where you want to go. I asked for an airport pick up and drop off which was very convenient. Oh and Free wifi, great! Enjoyed my stay.

Room Tip: Maybe a view to the front on higher floors. Better views.

I arrived early in the morning and the hotel is just 20 minutes from Nizhnekampsk airport. Admittedly I was in a lux room but it was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice restaurant for breakfast

I rarely write reviews - although spend half my life in hotels. When you read a hotel website which says 'this is a 3 star hotel but really should be a 4 star' you think 'this is going to be awful'..... however, I arrived at this hotel in the middle of the night, everything was ready at check-in, I was upgraded to a 2 room 'suite', found a free bottle of beer / wine / water in the minibar.... and I began to think 'this place does not pretend to be anything special, but it aims to do what it does exceptionally well'. At this point I resolved to write a review - so even checked the top of the picture frames for dust (there wasn't any - always the mark of hypercleanliness).

So....yes the bathroom is small, yes the building is soviet, yes the decor is somewhat dated, no the beds aren't heavenly. However - great service, very clean, has everything one needs. I cannot fault it given its category and price.

Well, i can't say this hotel is bad, but the best word will be weird. Everywhere is clearly seen that staff is ready to make your stay here joyful, but sometimes system does fail. Once we have dinner at least 2 hours and first 30 minutes waiters ignored us at all. We had to go to them for pick a menu. Soup (it was first) we got after 1 hour and eventually all we ordered wasn't been served.
Anyway food quality is better than over the city.

Room Tip: Try to get a room at lower floors. Elevator drove me crazy.

The location is bad....but to be fair there is no good location in this city. The hotel from the outside look like an old traditional socialist housing complex. Inside it has a decent lobby. Ladies at the front desk speak english fairly well.
The rooms are small with an even smaller toilet. Everthing is crammed in. So this is the hotels weakest point. This part would not even be a 2 star. On every floor there seems to be 2 suites. I exchanged to one of these. This provides a very good living and sleeping area with a good bathroom. This could even be a 4 star.
Breakfast is ok and internet is free and a bit sluggish.
