I've been here several times and every time I learned something new. I have to say I don't really know if the have a lot of info in English, but you can book an English tour. ( it is ashame though that they haven't installed an English page at their website...)
Entrance fee isn't expensive, so you can spend your money at the end of the tour with a nice tasting (but even if you don't like genever, the museum is interesting enough)
I went with a group of collegues and we had in interesting tour, but I also went with my partner and we had some sort of combination ticket with the windmill museum, coffe and cake and a tasting at the museum.
There is an exposition of the genever-making proces, an exposition on history of genever in social life, about smell and taste and temporary expositions, for instance about alcohol smuggling and illegal genever making. Schiedam is a genuine labourers town and genever was a big part of the town's history, which makes the museum extra interesting.
