The wife and I sepnt a few days at the Villas (oct 3rd.-7th).spent the previous week in the low rise area. I think we may have liked this place better. Quite, clean and out of the way of the action.Close to a couple great snorkeling beaches. Our next trip we will be spending some time at the Aruba Beach Vills again.

Room Tip: We were in room E-6 for our stay.2 adults it had a small frig.stove, micro, coffee pot.ect. The room w...

We stayed at Aruba Beach Villas for 16 nights in October. We were very satisfied with the resort. It is not the Marriott or Hilton style, but a very relaxing quiet place. A small pool and hot tub.. We rented a studio room, maid's Heidi and Maria were very attentive. We had no happy hour by the pool, because of "slow" season, but that was O.K., Bus stops every half hour across the road, just have to give the bus driver a wave and he will stop. 15 minutes into downtown Oranjestad, A busy small city, especially when the cruise boats are in. We rented a car for 3 days, went exploring on our own, found some beautiful spots , took many pictures, This is a very layed back motel type place, half a mile from the Marriott hotel, we could walk to for a big meal or lunch. The Marriott has a casino.
I would recommend Aruba Villa's to anyone that likes to be away form the hub-bub of city life.
Relaxed Canadians.

Room Tip: Take an ocean view room, lovely sunsets to watch.

My husband I spent last week at the Aruba Beach Villas after spending the previous week at one of the high rise hotels at Palm Beach. This was our 10th visit to Aruba and we were very happy with our stay at the Villas. Our room, in the front facing the beach, was spacious and clean with very good air conditioning. We enjoyed our breakfasts and several 'happy hours' watching a gorgeous unobstructed view of the sunset from our deck which was shaded by a large tree for most of the day. The staff was friendly and we had complimentary use of folding chairs and snorkling gear for the week. The multi-national guests were friendly and respectful. Although there is a narrow road between the beach and the villas, it was relatively quiet and was never a bother to us. It is located on the busline and within walking distance of the high rises, but, its better to have a car. If you expect this to be the same as expensive high rise hotels this is not the place for you...but, if you expect a quiet, friendly, clean, and reasonably priced place to enjoy your Aurba stay, I suggest you stay here.

Room Tip: Choose a room in the front with a deck to view the sea and the sunsets. If you plan to be there duri...

i stayed here for 2 weeks in October and not being a fan of big corporate hotels, it was a great choice. I booked an ocean facing ground floor room which was great for watching amazing sunsets from your terrace (sipping cold white wine from the ice box 3 steps away). Also good for watching all the sailing sufing and boating action. My room was spotless and cleaned every day to a high standard. My room had cable tv and adequate cooking facilities for simple meals.
Down town is a ten minute walk down the beach (good tip bring a flashlight)
The dutch receptionist was freindly and helpfull. She booked a jeep safari for me with ABC tours. A full day tour it was a highlight of my stay.
Thanks for your hospitality.

Solid place and right across from the beach. A quick 5 minute bus ride to the high rise area that has tons of shops/restaurants. The room had a fridge, sink, and cook top which was nice and cable tv/wifi. The pool is not huge but we were the only ones using it for the most part and I truly enjoyed it. This place is incredibly under priced and I cannot imaging getting any better value for your money.

Room Tip: We were in a garden view and the ocean views rooms seemed a little nicer.

My wife and I recently spent five night at Aruba Beach Villas. For the relatively low price paid these are an excellent value -- spacious and well-apportioned. And they're right across the street from a west-facing beach with glorious sunset views. A minor drawback was the office staff -- a lady during the week and a man on the weekend. Both were Dutch -- and very reserved. Other than providing short answers to direct questions, it was impossible to engage them in conversation. But they didn't detract appreciably from the overall excellent experience we had.

Room Tip: It's not necessary to pay extra for a "beach view" unit. All of the units are within...

Small cozy villas away from the crowds. Minutes away from some of the best snorkeling in Aruba. Definitely will vacation here again. The beach is across a bust street ant this is the only draw back. But after a while its no big deal. Kitchenettes equipped with plates, glasses, silverware etc . Great value

Room Tip: All rooms at quiet .. Front facing the beach, back rooms close to the pool
