Saturday lunchtime at 12.00 noon and about 12 in the pub and two serving. Waited patiently for 7 minutes to be served then asked one of the barmaids if we could get a drink as she walked past to the kitchen. She ignored us and then spent the next 5 minutes chatting in the kitchen. Heard her talking about us in the kitchen. Asked to see the Landlady who eventually came out of the kitchen. Told her what had happened, how long we had waited and pointed out others had been waiting as long as us. Reluctant apology. Noticed others waiting ages for food with one couple cancelling their order as they had waited so long. Didn't think the atmosphere and service could get worse than with the previous Landlord but somehow it has. If you want a nice time with nice food and friendly service - AVOID THIS PUB!
