We stayed in this hotel for three nights. It is only a 5-minute walk from the main harbor so ver convenient for those arriving from Turkey by ferry. It is not on the main street though and it is better to ask for directions at the harbor. It is a very elegantly decorated boutique hotel and has three buildings around a tiny square. Reaching the car park is tricky if you have a vehicle. They left a small plan to show the way to reach the park in the room. Free wifi with good connection is available throughout the hotel including the rooms. The breakfast was not splendid but alright. The boiled eggs on the other hand were freezing cold every morning. The waitresses at the breakfast area were friendly (Evelin had such a nice personality in particular). There were only two points bothering us. A couple of days before our arrival we decided to extend our stay which had been booked for three days beforehand. We wrote to the hotel twice by submitting a request form through their official web site but we did not get any answer. That was strange. We therefore changed our mind in extending the stay. Secondly, on wednesday night there was this incredible loud music coming from a nearby taverna I suppose. It did not stop till at least two hours after midnight. It was unbearable. But again this is a nice and clean hotel. You can consider it for staying in.

This was our second stay at Theofilos, having visited 2 years ago. Unfortunately our stay was shorter than expected as we missed our connecting flight from Athens so were only there for one night. The hotel were very accommodating and only charged us for one night's stay which was unexpected.

Unfortunately as we were only there for one night and had an early flight we did not try breakfast but did take a dip in the roof top pool and had a drink at the bar. It was very peaceful up there however the pool is quite small so only one group of people can be in at a time.

If you plan on driving from the airport to the hotel, ensure you get good directions as the hotel can be difficult to find in the small back streets. However this makes it ideal for a peaceful getaway.

Great central location. Easy walk to the harbour & nearby attractions. Modern, clean facilities. Generous sized rooms that are well equipped and quiet. Excellent breakfast and the terrace bar was a winner. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would stay again.

This was our first visit to Mytilene and we relied completely on reviews on Trip Advisor for our choice of hotel in Mytilene town. This hotel is actually 3 separate buildings. One old classical mansion beautifully renovated and two modern buildings one of which has a small pool and bar on the roof. Breakfast is the only meal provided but the pool bar also serves light snacks in the afternoon and evening. Our room in the old building was spacious with a large double bed. Only drawback was the very small shower. The aircon was very efficient.
The highlight of this hotel were the staff who were all extremely helpful, pleasant, and efficient. The hotel is well situated for exploring the town and port but is a bit of a nightmare to access by car. Best plan is taxi from airport and have hire car delivered to hotel. We would certainly stay there again.

Room Tip: New building has a lift to all floors. Old building has steep winding marble staircases but rooms ar...

Located right on the center of the city, chic and convenient, it was an easy choice in my scouting trip to Mytilene. I was in Lesvos to organise a small conference, I checked quite a few hotels and this was a standout. So, some months later (spring 2013) when our ICR group stayed for 5 days in Theofilos Paradise hotel, the manager and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Its location is by the port and near the center of Mytilene, but you need though to have in advance some information on how to access the hotel. The rooms are stylish and range from aristocratic flair to modernism, the breakfast is rich with local products and recipes. Overall, a great experience !

Room Tip: Corner suites are bigger.

Hubby picked this boutique hotel as we do enjoy a bit of luxury, we were in room 101 which had dual aspect windows and a small wrought iron balcony overlooking a cobbled back road with a steady flow of local people, dog walkers and the occasional moped passing by. Nice for enjoying the sunshine which hit it all day and also for a cooler evening night cap. The room was a good size with comfy bed and proper shower cubicle with jets in the en suite. The cleaner came every day and left fresh towels. There was a mini bar fridge (which we didn't use) and we had our own kettle as there were no tea making facilities. The breakfast was lovely, here were eggs, ham, cheese, salad, fresh fruits, croissants and cake with juice and hot beverages. It would have been complete if there had been a view of the harbour, as although centrally located, the hotel was situated up a side road. The harbour was full of shops and bars which were bus with locals enjoying themselves. We booked for a week but left after 4 days as we wanted somewhere a bit more laid back and quiet location wise. The staff were wonderfully accommodating and although we understood that they couldn't offer us a refund as we had booked for a week, they offered us nearby alternative quieter accommodation set in several acres but we declined and moved to a different resort. The manager was lovely and paid for our taxi transfer to the new resort on the other side of the island, telling us that we could return at any time and use up our outstanding 3 days. We are more than happy to recommend this hotel to people who are looking for a busier holiday than ourselves.
