I recommend this as one of the rare gems of South Africa. The people who run the guest farm couldn't be more hospitable and accommodating. The food they prepared for us was amazing. The cabin was perfect, with oversized bath tub, outdoor shower, fresh fruit, everything you need in the morning. Plus, the location is tucked away and secluded, but still very close to Addo and other safari tours in the area. I will definitely be coming back to Addo Dung Beetle Guest Farm!!

The Addo Dung Beetle Guest farm was booked for us, as the Addo park was full. We stayed just one night...and w wish we had been there for 2-3. It is an amazing place! Outdoor shower was great, and the cabins were beutifully furnished. The hosts were great and managed to cook me a totally Gluten Free dinner and breakfast...a true rarity on my travels...

A Fine place run by Fine people. We had the most fantastc stay with Magna and Rod. They reminded me of a couple who have found true happiness and want to share their joy of living and their natural surroundings with the guests in their home. As they got to know us and we them we realised that it was not a show they are genuine people doing what they love. The happiness and just old fashioned "geseligheid" was worth the 12, 000 mile trip to see, them and for Rod to entertain us in the park with his love of Elephants . What he excells at is show you his magical kingdom at your own pace. a rarity in our rushed lives. We had a great time and would go back in a heartbeat.

We stayed in one of the bush cabins just outside the main location with chalets. The cabins were 3 weeks old and superb. Amazing view over the valley, outside shower and toilet, braai and kitchen. A real bush experience.
Magna and Rod were the most lovely hosts in serving us with a superb diner in front of the gigantic chimney.
Really a must see,
Thx,
Bas Ravestein.

The view form the chalets is amazing! The chalets have ensuited bathrooms and are very luxury. The breakfasts and dinners are really good. And at least you can easily travel to Addo NP were you can enjoy your safari, looking for elephants. In total an unforgettable experience.
