I stayed here last year with my family and disabled son. Facilities for disabled are poor. In order to get to the underground restaurant you have to walk outside, in a different building and come through different access if need lift. I sent a complaint to hotel in August 2012, they told me my complaints were being looked into and they would get back to me, 1 year on in August 2013 I am still waiting for a response!
Part of our deal was an evening meal, it took 30 mins to place an order and a further hour for the meal to come, We had to ask for the "bread" that everyone else was given on arrival. Service was very poor. Breakfast was no better! The attitude from the waitress was unbelievable! she insulted my mother when she asked for a soft egg! The customers needs were not met and my biggest gripe is i still have the email telling me someone would get back to me when they investigated my issues! Stay well clearMore
