I would say the complex is quite nice. We stayed in the cabanas, we were assigned to phase 2, which is quite far from the cable park. By "far" I mean a 5 minute walk, which we all didn't mind at all. The cabana we stayed in was clean and comfy. It was really good and cheap for its kind. I did notice marks/holes left by cigarette burns on the bed sheets, but we ignored it anyway. The shower had hot water, but it's a bit hard to measure, a tiny tilt to the right you get cold water, a tiny tip to the left and you get really hot water. At night, our air conditioner won't turn on. Since we were too tired, we didn't call the management anymore (no phones inside the cabanas, and the lobby was far far away). It was breezy that time anyway so we were able to sleep without the air conditioner on.
It's a great place for friends who want to hang out. I was with friends who aren't really the outdoor type, but we enjoyed a day of wakeboarding. You will receive free lessons if you're a beginner, so don't be afraid to try it. The wakeboarding rates are also quite cheap - less than 400 pesos for half day, and 90 pesos for the gear (but they do require 500 deposit for the gear which they will give you back upon return of the gear).
