Great hotel, friendly staff, spotlessly clean.. Wifi was too expensive in the rooms.. £15 per night.. But it was free to use in the lobby and the bar.. Good ventral location.
I woild recommend this hotel to friends
We stayed two nights over a weekend when attending a family party in the area. The staff at this hotel were fantastic right from Reception right through the rest of the hotel. We asked for a quiet room and we got one on the 3rd floor facing the courtyard (340) . We slept great both nights as we had no noise at all and the room was quite spacious. Everything worked well, tea and coffee making facilities in the room and iron and ironing board. We had a wonderful breakfast each morning in the hotel. Well done everybody for making our stay very comfortable.
We were here recently and we had a very comfortable stay. We had asked for a quiet room and we certainly had one on the lower ground floor, room 511. We were very near to the spa so were able to have a lovely swim each morning. We didn't eat at the hotel as we know Bexleyheath quite well so an easy walk into the centre of everything. Everywhere was extremely clean in the hotel and very welcoming and helpful staff. Our only criticism was that the car park bays are extremely small so difficult for parking in our hire car. Other than this a very comfortable hotel and near to the town and motorway network.
After a terrible experience in France we stopped over at this hotel on way back home to Yorkshire. When I explained to reception that we had av12 month old who had been in car seat for such a long time they upgraded us to a massive room with lots of floor space for him to crawl round.
We stayed one night but the service was amazing. The room was great very clean and travel cot great plenty of towels and tea facility's. great cooler so I could store baby milk. Breakfast was great
They had a wedding on when we got there but didn't interfere with our stay
We had great fun in pool next day

there were 5 of us myself and my 4 adult children and we booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds in each We did not get this we had 2 double rooms with only one double bed each and a cot bed had to be put up in one of the rooms This meant that my daughter and I had to share a double bed as had my sons Not what we booked or paid for Staff not very helpful and we arrived later at night as we had advised when booking
Rooms very tired and shabby worn bathroom fittings
We had to pay for internet access in the room very poor totally unacceptable in 2013 £6 for an hour ???
We had dinner in the restaurant it was the worst food we have ever had dried up caesar salad dried out fish and chips not what you expect from a Marriot Hotel Wont be booking again

This hotel had everything we needed for our week-end stay. It was comfortable, warm, friendly and very conveniently located for our planned party. The food was lovely and all the staff were really attentive and kind. The standard of cleanliness was also very high.
